Domestic students
Research Training Scheme (RTS)
Through the Research Training Scheme (RTS) the Australian Government provides a quota of fee exempt places for postgraduate research places to recognised Universities.
If you are granted an RTS place you are not required to pay tuition fees. However, you can still expect to pay the on-going costs of being part of an academic environment and conducting research.
Domestic full fee paying (postgraduate research)
In 2009, some postgraduate research courses are only offered on a full fee paying basis:
- C02005 Doctor of Project Management
Current cost per credit point $382 - C01006 Doctor of Philosophy by Publication
Current cost per credit point $346
You may be able to study as a domestic full fee paying (postgraduate research) if:
- you did not receive an RTS place, or
- exceed the maximum time allowed to complete your course.

International students
