Your Customer Reference number is the Tax Invoice Number located at the top right hand corner of Tax invoice.

Your Australia Post reference number is the tax invoice number located at the top right hand corner of the front of the tax invoice.
- Phone and internet payments
Phone 13 18 16 or go to postbillpay.com.au (opens an external site).
The service accepts Mastercard or Visa unfortunately it does not accept Bankcard or Diners cards.
American Express is accepted by Australia Post only if payment is made by phone or internet.
- In person
Payments can be made at any Australia Post office on presentation of a current tax invoice relating to the payment being made.
Cheques or bank drafts should be made payable to University of Technology, Sydney and must include the student number and name written on the back.
The payment slip from a current tax invoice relating to the payment being made should be posted with a cheque or bank draft for the full amount due to:

Cheques or bank drafts should be made payable to University of Technology, Sydney and must include the student number and name written on the back. Please note cheques can take up to three weeks to clear. Please post your cheque early to avoid late fee penalties.
Do not include anything else in the envelope with the cheque or bank draft except the payment slip.
