Web enrolment error messages
Error messages usually occur because the the web enrolment system is enforcing rules or restrictions that the faculty, who owns the subject, has set up. These are called subject access conditions. They sometimes also include guidance from the faculty.
The types of subject enrolment error messages include:
- requisites,
- full load,
- quotas (this error provides no explanation apart from stating that changes could not be saved), and
- availabilities.
Even when there are rule or restrictions preventing your enrolment in a particular subject it may be possible to have them waived if you submit an e-Request.
It is possible that your subject enrolment may have multiple problems. If this is the case, the error displayed will be the first problem the system picks up. You must submit separate e-Requests to deal with each problem.
