2010 Continuing student enrolment

Web enrolment (via myStudentadmin) is currently open if you need to make any changes to your 2010 subjects.

  • Enrol in your full programme for both Autumn and Spring semesters.
  • You are able to select your classes at the same time as you enrol in subjects.
  • The last day to enrol in a subject for Autumn semester is 12 March 2010.

$250 Late enrolment fee

2010 enrolment was opened on 2nd November 2009 to ensure that every student had the opportunity to enrol in subjects before the end of Spring semester 2009.

On-time enrolment ended on 23rd December 2009.  If you were not enrolled in at least one subject by the 23rd of December 2009 you may be subject to a $250 Late Enrolment Fee, if you decide to enrol now.

If you are contacted about the Late Enrolment Fee you may be able to lodge an appeal in certain circumstances. You must contact the UTS Student Centres on 1300-ASK-UTS (1300 275 887), or by logging a request through ServiceDesk.  You will then be sent an ‘Appeal’ form. Do not request this form unless you have been contacted.

Reasons where an appeal may be granted include:

  • Special circumstances beyond your control, for example serious illness.  Supporting documentation must be provided.
  • E3F Sanction– Applied to your FINAL subject only.
  • Rescinding leave of absence – If you have approved leave of absence for the Autumn 2010 and have rescinded this after the advertised re-enrolment period.
  • Administration issues – For example, a technical issue with web enrolment not resolved until after the advertised re-enrolment period.

Failure to be aware of the requirement to enrol during the re-enrolment period will not be a sufficient reason to appeal your liability to pay the $250 fee.
