2013 continuing enrolment

The 2013 timetable for Autumn and Spring semesters will be available for planning your classes from 12pm on Friday 26th October 2012.

Re-enrolment for 2013 Autumn and Spring semesters will open on Monday 29th October 2012 at 9AM through My Student Admin.

This year enrolment will be staggered and students will enrol by faculty. Students will have access to enrol in subjects from the dates listed below:

  • Monday 29th Oct 2012, 9AM - Undergraduate Business
  • Tuesday 30th Oct 2012, 9AM - Post Graduate Business and any Combined Courses (including International Studies)
  • Wednesday 31st Oct 2012, 9AM - Law, Education and Communications (FASS)
  • Thursday 1st Nov 2012, 9AM - Science, Engineering and IT (FEIT)
  • Friday 2nd Nov 2012, 9AM - Health (NMH), Design, Architecture, Building, Pharmacy, Study Abroad and Exchange.

The following IT subjects will only be available from 9AM Thursday 1 November

  • 31247 Collaborative Business Processes
  • 31252 Network Security
  • 31257 Information System Development Methodologies
  • 31260 Interface Design
  • 31271 Database Fundamentals
  • 31272 Project Management and the Professional
  • 31276 Networked Enterprise Architecture

If for some reason you are prevented from enrolling due to a sanction, you can find more information about your sanction online.

To avoid the late enrolment fee students must enrol during the re-enrolment period from the 29th October 2012 to the 18th January 2013. If you do not re-enrol in any subjects during this period, you will be charged the late enrolment fee of $250. Please ensure that you enrol in your full programme for both Autumn and Spring semesters - you can make changes to your enrolment later, if your circumstances change.

Commonwealth supported students studying Accounting, Economics, Administration, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics and Science should also be aware that changes to government legislation will result in an increase in the tuition fee of some subjects next year.

Students requesting enrolment into another Faculty's subjects as electives

If you wish to enrol in a subject offered by another Faculty, you can apply via eRequest from the following dates:

Autumn Semester 2013

  • 28th January - International Studies
  • 11th February - Business and Law
  • 11th February - Engineering and Communications
  • 11th February - DAB
  • 11th February -IT
  • 11th February - Education (Adult Education) and Health (Human Movement and Sport and Exercise Management)
  • 13th February -Education (Teacher Education)

Spring Semester 2013

  • 28th January - International Studies
  • 15th July - DAB
  • 15th July - Business and Law
  • 15th July - Engineering and Communications
  • 15th July - IT
  • 15th July - Health (Human Movement and Sports & Exercise Science)
  • 15th July - Education (Adult Education)
  • 16th July - Education (Teacher Education)
