Concurrent study
If you are a current UTS student who wishes to study a subject(s) at another institution, including overseas institutions which do not have a formal exchange agreement with UTS, and have the result(s) credited towards the degree you are undertaking at UTS you may be able to apply for concurrent study.
If you are applying to be an international exchange student at a UTS exchange partner university you do not need to complete a concurrent study application.

If you wish to apply for concurrent study, and this option is available to you, you should complete the form:

End of semester
Your results are not sent to UTS by your host institution.
Upon receipt of your results at the end of semester of concurrent study, you must
lodge the completed form:
Subject exemption application for concurrent study
A certified copy of your results notice and an explanation of the grading system must be included so that credit can be transferred to your record at UTS.
Further instructions on completing and submitting this form are provided on the form.
You should complete this form even if you do not successfully complete the subject.
