Grievances relating to non-academic matters
In reference to the Higher Education Support Act (HESA) 2003 section 19-45(1)(a) if you seek to enrol in a course of study and have a grievance or a complaint relating to non-academic matters you will need to follow the following procedure.
In first instance, you should make an enquiry with UTS Student Centres staff:
- in person,
- by phone,
- by email or,
- by post.

All written complaints should detail:
- that a complaint is being made, and
- the situation that is being complained about.
Enquiries will be acknowledged promptly. Written enquiries will be responded to as quickly as possible.
